Aaron Estabrook, an Independent non-partisan who formerly served on Manhattan City Commission and USD 383 Board of Education, currently serves as the Treasurer of the United Kansas Party.

Estabrook established the Alacrity Institute in 2023 in Manhattan, Kansas. The insitute is dedicated to promoting civic engagement, fostering positive political discourse, and providing non-partisan leadership training. Its establishment aims to shift the focus from negative political discourse to constructive dialogue centered around issues. Primary activities include conducting research on positive discourse strategies, creating educational resources and toolkits, and offering training workshops.
